DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE RESERVATIONS

As of September 20, 2011, a $200 deposit will not be required to submit a reservation from our website, however, you are required to guarantee your reservation by a valid credit card and are subject to a $25 service fee in the event you cancel or change your reservation with a 30 day advanced notice. In the event a reservation is cancelled or changed less than 30 days in advance, you are subject to a charge of the full amount of the reservation but not less than $200 as a cancellation fee.

All reservations submitted for the holiday periods of Christmas/New Years (Dec. 20th to Jan 2nd), Presidents weekend (mid February), Memorial Weekend, the months of June, July and August and Labor Day weekend will be subject to a deposit of up to one-half of the total amount due for the reservation. You will be notified within 24 hours of making such a reservation that a deposit will be charged to your credit card account.

Please be aware that deposits paid on reservations made from December 20th to January 2nd are non-refundable. Should you cancel your reservation, we shall retain your deposit. Only in the event that we are successful in re-booking your cabin would a refund of your deposit or portion thereof be possible.

Please consider the fact that we do not accept tentative reservations, so please do not make them. We do require a 30 day advance notice to change or cancel your reservation. This is a family business of mom, dad and what’s left of 13 children. We thank you for your patronage, pray for you daily and promise you a home away from home when you get here!
